Write your intention on the bay leaf and add it to your simmer pot to infuse the aroma with your personal energy and purpose.

Directions for Use (Stovetop):
Remove the silica packet from the ingredients before starting.
Add the ingredients to a medium-sized pot.
Fill the pot with water, ensuring the water covers the ingredients by at least 2 inches.
Place the pot on low heat and allow the refreshing aroma to fill your home.
Add water as needed to maintain the water level during use.
Never leave the simmer pot unattended. Turn off the heat if you need to step away.
When done, store the contents in the refrigerator to preserve freshness, and enjoy for up to 2 days.
