These bracelets are approximately 7 inches on the inside and should be able to stretch another inch or so to put them over your hand.

Your bracelet is not meant to be worn in the water. Some crystals like Angelite also have a low hardness which makes them a relatively soft stone that does not like to come in contact with water.
